With effective Cleaning Processes and Treatment facility, Comcon International can recycle most Oil, gGase, Chemical, Surfactant and Ssolvent based Drums, Barrels and Containers. These reconditioned drums offer customers a cheaper alternative for the packaging of their manufactured Chemicals. Quality control after cleaning process ensures no cross contamination.
RECONDITIONING & CLEANING TECHNIQUE:
The Drums has to be inspected for its Rigidity and Durability.
For M.S. Drums, they are placed in Inflation Setup in which Water is filled and is inflated with air pressure with the help of Air Compressor which also ensures its Leak Proof.
Both M.S. & HDPE Drums, Barrels and IBCs are cleaned with Jet Machine where both Water and Air Pressure is applied on the Interior of the Barrels for Cleaning and Washing.
In the process of second step, if M.S. Drums are found Leakage, either Electric or Manual Welding is applied and again followed by second process to ensure Leak Proof.
For ensuring a proper cleaning and washing, the materials listed below are used in the process
1) Caustic Soda.
2) Diesel/Kerosene/Turpentine Oil.
3) Ethyl Acetate.
4) With Water.
The Containers which are found Damaged and Unserviceable or end of product Life Cycle, they are then sold to Scrap Dealers.

Our UN approved reconditioned IBC range include 1000ltsclear Bottle, UV Bulk Bottle and Antistatic EX zones 1 & 2. The empty containers are all Washed, Dried, and Leak tested to original UN approved standards. Our IBC reconditioning services are designed to meet our customers’ needs and can be supplied with Steel, Plastic or Wooden Pallets. They also come with a security Foil Seal and Valve screw on all Bottom Valves for added security.
